I prefer "USA Rancher" Beef but due to circumstances which I have explained in great Detail
Lowest Herd Counts dating back 1960s and massive "Corporate" Consolidation of Packing and Slaughtering operations "colluding" together to under cut our own Farmers and Ranchers with Low Ball prices that often dont even cover their own co$ts of producution and cover their annual "Operating Loans" so now they gotta "Refinance" at higher interest rates hoping next year year better weather conditions and improved markets and prices will save em "
Hamburger used be "Cheap" like 75 cents a buck a pound at the grocery store back in the day..
Today Ground Beef or "Hamburger" is $6/$7 bucks per pound..
Now ya can find sales and discounts if ya shop around some.
Its "Supply and Demand" and until we can improve Economic Conditions for Domestic "Producers" we have a Shortage in Beef Cattle and will be "Importing" Foreign Beef to cover the short fall plug the supply gaps..
How do we make markets "Fair" enough that our own Farmers, Producers, and Ranchers can keep "Producing" and make a living too not go "Bankrupt" afew bad seasons
